We were contacted by the customer due to their 21-year-old Lennox system not functioning properly during this intense heat wave. Our solution was to replace the small, faulty capacitor that was causing the problem. We used our reliable titan capacitor to get the job done. We were contacted by a customer who had an air conditioner with a serious refrigerant leak problem. In order to address this issue, we provided our service of replacing the problematic air conditioner with an 18 SEER 2-stage high efficiency unit, known for its superior performance and energy savings. In conjunction with this, we used the General Electric Honeywell Thermostat for precise temperature control. The new installation ensures a cooler, more comfortable home environment and a considerable reduction in energy cost over the long term.

We responded to a service call about a no air conditioning issue. Upon inspection, we discovered that the root of the problem was a malfunctioning fan motor in a 25-year-old system. We quickly sprang into action and repaired the system using a Titan Capacitor and a Rescue Fan Motor, two reliable products we trust. While the air conditioning system is now up and running, we did advise the customer about the potential benefits of replacing the old system in the long run. Always a pleasure to restore comfort and ease to our customers' homes.

The customer reached out to us due to issues with their outdoor unit. In response, we replaced their capacitor and thoroughly cleaned and checked the outdoor unit to ensure it was functioning optimally. The products we used during this service included an AM Rad capacitor, a Fluke voltage meter and amp clamp, Testo refrigerant gauges, and a UEI thermometer. These tools allowed us to provide an efficient and effective solution to the customer's needs. We're helping customers stay cool one system check at a time.

We were contacted by a customer with an urgent plea for help over the weekend as their air conditioning unit had abruptly ceased to function, turning their home into a mini sauna. With no delay, we responded to the emergency service call and found that the air conditioner required a few minor repairs and a thorough cleaning. Post service, we are happy to report that the air conditioner is now operational and efficiently cooling the house, bringing back much-needed comfort to the customer's home.

Sometimes even small repairs on older systems are just not worth it. After being called out for emergency service for a failed capacitor, we found this system from 1997 barely hanging on. After replacing the capacitor we found the unit to be very inefficient and pressures exceeding normal operating range. Several issues during the initial installation are also proving to be a nuisance problem. With JLM we provide a full system diagnostic with every repair. We don’t just replace a part and move on. Today we installed a High Efficient Lennox heating and cooling system comprised of a 16 SEER air conditioner and 2-stage 97% efficient gas furnace. The customer immediately noticed the difference going from the main floor to the upper level. This particular system qualified for $600 in federal tax credits and $300 in Spire rebates. The customer called us for a 2nd opinionregarding their 40-year-old system which was giving them some trouble. Upon investigation, we identified compressor that was in dire need of attention. The poor quality connections stood out and a comprehensive overhaul was essential. Thus, we promptly put our expertise into play. We installed a new Qwik Lug terminal kit to enhance the machinery's functionality. To handle the system pressure better, a supco pressure switch was also added. Accompanying these installations, we performed a few other minor repairs. Who knew this old champ had still more to offer! Now, it's up and running smoothly again. The customer was amazed to see how we spun our magic to breathe life into their old system.

Customer was locked out and tagged out by Spire after reporting a gas smell. Several significant leaks were discovered and corrected throughout the home. Within a few hours we called Spire back to have the gas turned back on. Finally they can have a hot shower again! Proudly serving Creve Couer and surround areas!

We were contacted by a customer experiencing issues with their old HVAC system, due to a faulty compressor. Replaced outdoor condenser an indoor A coil because. when the unit an A coil is older then the senior technician on site it’s probably time to replace the unit.

Our team was contacted to install a powered humidifier to enhance the quality of air in the customer's home. We utilized a high-grade healthy climate power humidifier for this project. This device optimizes the moisture levels, creating a healthier and more comfortable living environment. We're glad we could assist in improving their home's indoor climate. Customer reported issues with the kitchen exhaust fan causing ceiling stains and poor ventilation. Inspection revealed the exhaust system was never properly vented to the exterior, leading to excess heat and humidity buildup that could impact indoor air quality and AC efficiency. To resolve the issue, we core drilled a 14-inch opening through concrete, brick, and cinder block, and installed a properly functioning vent to the outside, improving airflow and overall HVAC system performance

Another amazing project we completed this week. During the initial consultation we were informed of several customer concerns with the existing heating and cooling system. High electric bills, hot/cold spots on home, static, and dust/allergy issues. As part of our installation we addressed and solved all the customer concerns by adding a humidifier, high efficient air filter and made some small duct modification.
