The customer reached out to us due to issues with their outdoor unit. In response, we replaced their capacitor and thoroughly cleaned and checked the outdoor unit to ensure it was functioning optimally. The products we used during this service included an AM Rad capacitor, a Fluke voltage meter and amp clamp, Testo refrigerant gauges, and a UEI thermometer. These tools allowed us to provide an efficient and effective solution to the customer’s needs. We’re helping customers stay cool one system check at a time.
