Customer reported issues with the kitchen exhaust fan causing ceiling stains and poor ventilation. Inspection revealed the exhaust system was never properly vented to the exterior, leading to excess heat and humidity buildup that could impact indoor air quality and AC efficiency. To resolve the issue, we core drilled a 14-inch opening through concrete, brick, and cinder block, and installed a properly functioning vent to the outside, improving airflow and overall HVAC system performance
